This site is intended to be used by members of the media in covering the daily activities of the Oakland Athletics. Game notes, statistics, minor league reports and various multimedia files will be available for download on a daily basis.
Credential Request
Credentials will be issued only to legitimate media. Season credentials will be issued to those news agencies that cover the Athletics on a daily basis. Requests for daily credentials must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance by the affiliation's editor, producer or director on Major League Baseball's online site. A head shot is required for all credentials, including dailies. A head shot must be submitted via the credential website for every person requesting a credential. All credentials are non-transferable. All members of the media must be on assignment.
Media Will Call
Starting three-and-a-half hours before game time, credentials may be picked up at Press Will Call located on the Plaza Level between the Stadium and the Arena. Prior to that, credentials may be picked at the Ticket Services Office located in the Coliseum across the plaza from the A's executive offices, with the exception of day games. On weekday day games, credentials can be picked up from the receptionist in the Arena Executive Offices prior to the opening of press will call. On weekend day games, contact Mark Ling if your credentials are required prior to the opening of press will call.
Credentialed media are strictly prohibited from requesting autographs. CREDENTIALS MUST BE VISIBLY WORN AT ALL TIMES. Daily passes are non-transferable. No roving is allowed, and TV cameras are not allowed in concourse areas once the game starts.
